What does your accounting actually involve?
Accounting quotes vary wildly because the work does. This asks the questions that actually change the answer, tells you what drives your own scope, and — if you want — sends the profile to us so a quote comes back on facts instead of guesswork.

What drives your scope
Your answers travel with the enquiry, so nobody asks you twice.
A scope profile, not a price. What it costs depends on the same facts plus a look at your actual documents — which is the conversation this is meant to start.
Is that figure right for your case?
Send it to us and we will check it against your actual position — no charge for the first conversation.

Figures are official rates for the tax year shown. They are not advice on your own case.
01 Why will you not just publish a price list?
Because a number without your details is either wrong or meaningless. Two companies with the same turnover can differ fivefold in work: one issues four invoices a month in Polish złoty, the other runs payroll for twelve, imports from three countries and settles VAT through OSS. A published figure would either be a headline that never survives the first call, or a padded one that overcharges the simple cases. We would rather ask.
02 What actually makes accounting expensive?
Not turnover — document count, payroll headcount and anything cross-border. A hundred purchase invoices take a hundred times the handling of one, each employee brings a monthly cycle of its own, and every foreign transaction adds a currency, a VAT treatment and a reporting line. Full books instead of a simplified ledger roughly doubles the base. Everything else — the sector, the software, the language — moves the number far less than people expect.
03 What happens to my answers?
Nothing, unless you send them. The profile is worked out in your browser and stays there. If you go on to request a quote, your answers travel with the enquiry so whoever replies already knows your scope and does not have to ask you the same twelve questions again.
