Information on the processing of personal data of persons contacting Meyis sp. z o. o. via e-mail and contact form

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” , we inform you that:

  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector (DPO) – Mr. Paweł Maliszewski, who can be contacted in any matters. matters regarding the processing of personal data via e-mail address: iod@perfectinfo.pl.
  3. The administrator processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest in handling correspondence with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  4. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle correspondence with you, extended by the period resulting from the relationship between the correspondence and the concluded legal relationship, archiving obligations, pursuing possible claims or other obligations required by generally applicable law.
  5. The recipients of personal data may be entities providing IT, legal, advisory and insurance services to the Administrator under appropriate contracts and entities authorized to receive personal data under applicable law.
  6. Pursuant to the principles set out in the GDPR, a person contacting Meyis sp. z o. o. via e-mail/contact form has the right to:
    • access to your data, request its rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing;
    • object to the processing of personal data;
    • submit a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), when the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary, and refusing to provide it may result in the inability to handle your correspondence.
  8. Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  9. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Information on the processing of data of Users of the “Meyis” fanpage on the Facebook social networking site

Ladies and Gentlemen,
According to GDPR*, we would like to provide the following information on the processing of personal data of our fan page users:

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR: The administrator of your personal data provided while using the profile: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61552190197345 on the Facebook social networking site (hereinafter referred to as: “fan page“) Is Meyis sp. z o. o. based at ul. Wandy 16/7, 03-949 Warszawa, phone no.: +48 692 413 475, email address: finance@meyis.pl.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER: The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector (DPO) – Mr. Paweł Maliszewski, whom you can contact in all matters relating to the processing of personal data via the email address: iod@perfectinfo.pl.

DATA SCOPE: The administrator processes personal data of people who have left any trace on the fanpage, e.g. by clicking the icons: “Like”, “Following”, “Share” or by leaving a comment.
Your personal data is processed in the scope of: basic identification data (name and surname) and in the scope published by you on your profile on the Facebook social networking site.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING: Your personal data are processed for the purposes of:

  • running a fan page under the terms and conditions specified by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited
    and informing through it about our activities, organized events and promoting our brand,
  • communication via available Facebook functionalities (comments, chat, posts),
  • conducting analyzes of the functioning, popularity and method of use of the fanpage, which
    constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

INFORMATION ON THE VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING DATA: Any activity leaving your personal data on our fanpage is completely voluntary. You also decide what personal data we will have access to by using the appropriate privacy settings of your personal profiles.

INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES: The administrator may obtain anonymous statistical data about visitors to the fanpage using the “Facebook Insights” function provided by Facebook in accordance with the non-changeable terms of use. This data is collected using cookies, each of which contains a unique user code. Cookies are saved by Facebook on the computer’s hard drive or other medium of people visiting the fanpage. Cookies are valid for two years. The user code, which can be associated with the connection data of users registered on Facebook, is downloaded and processed when the fan page is opened.

DATA RECIPIENTS: The recipients of your personal data are other users of the fanpage.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND INFORMATION ABOUT PROFILING: The Administrator does not transfer your data outside the European Union or to international organizations, subject to the transnational nature of data flow within Facebook, using contractual clauses used by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, approved by the European Commission and decisions of the European Commission confirming the adequate level of data protection. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD: Personal data whose processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator will be processed until such interest lasts (the period of operation of the fanpage) or until an effective objection to processing is submitted.

RIGHTS OF NATURAL PERSONS: You have the right to:

  • access to your data, request their rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing,
  • object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator;
  • submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that data
    processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.

FACEBOOK AS A SEPARATE ADMINISTRATOR: The above information does not apply to the processing of your personal data by the Facebook administrator.
