Changes to Foreign Worker Rules Effective December 2025
According to the regulations published this week, from 1 December 2025 important changes will take effect regarding:
🔹 the declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner,
🔹 fees for declarations and work permits.
🔸 1. Countries eligible for the declaration procedure
Until 30 Nov 2025: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine.
From 1 Dec 2025: Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine.
➡️ Georgia will be removed from the list.
➡️ Ongoing declarations for Georgian citizens remain valid until their expiry.
🔸 2. New declaration fee
✔️ 400 PLN (previously 100 PLN)
🔸 3. New work permit fees
200 PLN – up to 3 months
400 PLN – over 3 months
800 PLN – delegation to Poland
100 PLN – seasonal work permit
