KSeF is live — are your invoices compliant?
Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) is now the mandatory channel for issuing structured VAT invoices. The obligation began for the largest taxpayers on 1 February 2026 and extends to most other active VAT payers from 1 April 2026; the smallest businesses follow on 1 January 2027.
In practice this means every sales invoice must be issued in the official XML structure and sent through KSeF, which assigns it a unique identifier. Paper and PDF invoices no longer satisfy the requirement for in-scope companies, and access has to be granted to the right people and accounting software in advance.
For Meyis clients we handle the full set-up: granting and managing KSeF authorizations, connecting your invoicing tools, and adjusting day-to-day workflows so nothing stalls at month-end. If you are unsure whether your business is already in scope, talk to us and we will check it for you.
