01 Can I open a company in Poland as a foreigner?
Yes — foreign nationals can found a company in Poland, and a sp. z o.o. is usually the practical choice. Much of the process can be completed remotely. We advise on which structure fits your plans, help prepare the documents the process requires, and take over the accounting afterwards — with support in English, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Romanian.
02 How do I switch from my current accounting office?
We handle the whole handover: authorizations (UPL-1), transferring your records and registers, and informing the tax office. The cleanest moment is a month or quarter boundary — and your books stay compliant throughout, with no gap.
03 How do I deliver documents to you?
Online, through the Saldeo platform — photograph or scan your invoices and upload them anytime. You get 24/7 access to your documents and reports, and no office visits are needed.
04 Do you handle payroll and ZUS?
Yes — full HR and payroll: employment contracts, monthly payroll, ZUS declarations and PIT advances. Where you employ foreign staff we advise on the obligations that fall on you as the employer.
05 In which languages can I get support?
English, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Romanian — with the same advisor, not a call centre. Every deadline, declaration and decision is explained in the language you actually think in.
06 Can I register my company at your address?
Yes. Our sister company Henry Luxury Estates (henryestates.pl) runs a virtual office in our own building at Al. Jerozolimskie 133/2 — a registered address accepted by KRS, CEIDG and the tax office, with mail scanned to your inbox the same day, from 69 zł per month. We register the company and keep the books; the address agreement is signed directly with Henry Luxury Estates.
07 Can you arrange leasing for a company car or equipment?
Yes. Leasing runs through our sister company Nalan Trade (nalan.pl) — vehicles, equipment and long-term rental, with business insurance to match. We stay on your side of the table: comparing offers, structuring the lease and booking costs and VAT correctly in your accounts — all in English, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic or Romanian.
