Erasmus+ job shadowing in a Warsaw accounting office
Teachers and trainers of accounting, office management, marketing and international trade can spend 2 to 60 days beside our team and see how a European accounting and advisory office works: EU VAT, the KSeF e-invoicing system, payroll and the employment of foreign workers.
- Job shadowing
- 2–60 days
- Beside every participant
- A named mentor
- Working languages
- English or Turkish
How it works for you
- We plan the programme around your curriculum: which processes your teachers want to see, and which materials they can take back to the classroom.
- Teachers sit with the accountants, the HR and payroll team and the office team, and join client meetings when the client agrees.
- Typical topics: the monthly close and the VAT return, KSeF e-invoicing, payroll and social-security reporting, and the documents a foreign employee needs.
- Five to ten working days let teachers see both the daily routine and a filing deadline.
- At the end, each participant gets a certificate of attendance listing the programme.
What we are asked about this
01 Can a group of teachers come together?
Yes. Under the Erasmus+ rules each participant has a main mentor, and one mentor takes at most two participants at a time. Tell us how many you plan to send and we propose a schedule.
02 Do you run training courses?
No. We host job shadowing: your teachers watch and discuss real work. We do not run structured courses.
03 Can school leaders and administrative staff come too?
Yes. Staff who manage a school’s finances, HR or administration can shadow the same teams.
