What we are asked about this
01 Does the trainee need IT skills?
No programming is needed. Being at ease with spreadsheets and online tools is enough; the mentor shows how the shop and marketplace panels work.
02 Is it a marketing traineeship?
Partly. The work covers the whole running of an online shop: listings, orders, stock and customer messages, as well as campaign content.
03 Which English level is needed?
A2 is the recommended minimum. Customer messages follow templates, and the mentor reviews them before they are sent.
