What we are asked about this
01 Do trainees talk to clients on their own?
Not at first. Trainees join calls and meetings with their mentor, then make first information calls under supervision. Advice to clients is always given by our specialists.
02 Which languages help in this area?
English, and Turkish if the trainee speaks it. Clients write to us in Polish, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Romanian, so any of these is an asset.
03 Is there a sales target?
No. Trainees support the process and learn how a service is sold; they have no targets and no commission.
