What we are asked about this
01 Will the trainee run the payroll?
No. Payroll is calculated and filed by our payroll specialists. Trainees follow the process, prepare documents and check data under supervision.
02 Is it useful for students who will work outside Poland?
Yes. Employment law differs between countries, but the work is the same everywhere: personnel files, contracts, reporting deadlines and the documents a foreign employee needs. Trainees see how one EU country organises it.
03 Does the trainee see sensitive personal data?
Only what the task needs, under the mentor’s supervision, and only after GDPR training and a signed confidentiality undertaking.
