Erasmus+ traineeships in Warsaw for recent graduates
An Erasmus+ traineeship can come straight after your studies, as your first work in Europe. Your school or university has to select you before you graduate; we interview you, sign your acceptance letter and the Learning Agreement, and give you a mentor in our Warsaw office.

For you
How it works for you
- Your school or university must select you while you are still studying: in higher education, during your last year of studies.
- The traineeship has to take place, and end, within one year of graduating; for VET graduates, within 12 months.
- A traineeship with us is full-time work in a team, and a first line on your European CV.
- MEYİS Academy introduces trainees who finish well to openings in our group and at client companies.

01 I have already graduated. Can I still apply?
Only if your school or university selected you for Erasmus+ before you graduated. Ask its Erasmus office first: not every university offers traineeships to recent graduates. If you are selected, write to us.
02 Can the traineeship lead to a job?
Sometimes. MEYİS Academy introduces trainees who finish well to openings in our group and at client companies, but a traineeship is not a job offer.
03 Which areas suit graduates?
All of them. Graduates usually work more independently, so long traineeships can rotate into a second area or a group company.
