Questions

Questions about partnerships

01 Can a private company be a partner in an Erasmus+ partnership?

Yes. Small-scale and cooperation partnerships are open to any public or private organisation established in an EU Member State or a third country associated to the Programme. MEYİS takes part as a private company from Poland.

02 Who applies, and to which National Agency?

The coordinator applies to the National Agency of its own country, with the partners named in the application. A school in Türkiye, for example, applies to the Turkish National Agency with MEYİS as the partner from Poland.

03 When are the deadlines?

In the 2026 call, KA210 and KA220 applications were due on 5 March at 12:00 Brussels time, and National Agencies could open a second KA210 round with a deadline of 1 October. The next dates come with the next call.

04 Can you host a project meeting in Warsaw?

Yes. Transnational project meetings and short activities can take place in our meeting room at Al. Jerozolimskie 133, in central Warsaw.

05 Can you join as an associated partner?

Yes. In a cooperation partnership (KA220), an associated partner contributes to the project without receiving part of the grant. Tell us which role you have in mind.
