An Erasmus+ traineeship in Warsaw for university students
Students of accounting, business, economics, HR, marketing, translation, computing and trade can do their Erasmus+ traineeship in our Warsaw office. We interview you online, sign the acceptance letter and the Learning Agreement, and give you a mentor from your first day.
- Student traineeship
- 2–12 months
- Blended short-term traineeship, with an online part
- 5–30 days
- Your Traineeship Certificate, after the end
- Within 5 weeks
How it works for you
- Many universities ask students to find their own host. Write to us with your field, dates and English level: if one of our areas fits, we invite you to an online interview.
- After the interview we sign an acceptance letter with your dates, tasks and mentor, for your university’s Erasmus office and, if you need one, your visa application.
- We complete and sign the host’s parts of the Learning Agreement for Traineeships before you arrive.
- Traineeships in digital marketing and in software and web count as digital skills traineeships.
- Your university pays the Erasmus+ grant; we provide the mentor, the workplace and the equipment.
What we are asked about this
01 Will you send me an acceptance letter?
Yes, once one of our areas fits your field and we have talked online. We sign it on company letterhead with the dates, the tasks and your mentor’s name.
02 Is the traineeship paid?
No. You receive the Erasmus+ grant through your university; MEYİS provides the mentoring, the workplace and the equipment.
03 Can it count as my compulsory internship?
Your department decides that. We write the tasks and outcomes into the Learning Agreement so that your department can assess and recognise them.
