Erasmus+ placements in Warsaw for VET learners
Vocational schools and VET providers send learners to our Warsaw accounting and advisory office for short-term mobility or ErasmusPro. Learners work on real office processes with a named mentor, and get their orientation and daily guidance in English or Turkish.
- Short-term learning mobility
- 10–89 days
- ErasmusPro, long-term mobility
- 90–365 days
- After graduating, for recent VET graduates
- 12 months
How it works for you
- We agree the dates with you: during the school year or in the summer.
- We write the tasks and learning outcomes against your curriculum, so that your school can recognise the placement.
- Learners under 18 work within the Polish limits for young workers, and teachers from your school can accompany them.
- Group mobility (2 to 30 days) takes place at a hosting VET provider under the Erasmus+ rules; a programme like that can include a period of work-based learning at our office.
- Each learner has a mentor from the team and a weekly review, and we report to you at the mid-point.
What we are asked about this
01 Which vocational fields suit a placement with us?
Accounting and finance, office management, human resources, marketing and sales, IT and graphic design, and logistics for the international trade track. Each area page lists the fields it suits.
02 How many learners can come at the same time?
Usually 2 to 6 at a time, depending on the areas, so that each learner has real work and a mentor. For a larger group we plan rotations or several periods.
03 Do learners need to speak English?
A2 English is enough for most areas, and orientation and daily guidance can be given in Turkish. Erasmus+ Online Language Support (OLS) helps participants prepare before they come.
